Project Measures
URA has undertaken a new phase in their reform programme known as Managing Compliance Programme (MCP). This new phase is in line with its 2011/12 to 2014/15 Corporate Strategic Plan. The Services Support Enhancement Project (SSEP) is one of the projects in the MCP. The project aims to improve quality of service as value driver for compliance. One of the key deliverables of the SSEP is to enhance decision support mechanisms in URA, through the implementation of a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence.
Requested Services:
URA wants to contract an Independent Quality Assurance Consultant for the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence project.
The expected results of this consultancy are: URA will be able to realise and implement a comprehensive data warehouse and business intelligence solution in a controlled way. URA will be able to manage the external solution provider (to be contracted)
The main expertise:
- Quality assurance in relation to the realisation and implementation of complex IT projects in which external service providers are active.
- Quality Assurance on basis of best practises as Prince2 or Managing successful programmes
- Regarding the challenges in the project, experience with Project Management and Business Change Management is required.
The qualification of experienced Consultants is subject to the regulations contained in the „Guidelines for Assignment of Consultants in Financial Co-operation Projects“ (see www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de). The contract will be awarded to an independent individual Consultant or Consultant firm with proven experience in the Governmental sector, developing countries and a minimum annual turnover of € 50.000.
